What I enjoy about the entire process is determining the best solution for a client. How can you connect with a unique group to inform, amuse, or share information when the average attention span of a consumer is 8 seconds? That is why it is important to create engaging and memorable campaigns, along with well-designed marketing collateral, to capture their attention.
I have 20+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design, having worked with companies in the advertising, arts, food and beverage, non-profit, sports & entertainment, technology, and transportation industries. I have a Master of Arts degree in Information Design and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Marketing. Through continuous education and professional development, I stay up-to-date on the latest skills and trends. I am hardworking, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn new things.
I am fascinated with art, people, culture, and geography. In my spare time, I enjoy running, exploring history, traveling, and photography.
My philosophy is that all marketing campaigns, Web and print design serve a purpose. It’s about engaging customers to build strong relationships through brand experiences, conversations, and community. My role is to communicate on behalf of a company or client a message that will resonate with an intended audience to evoke a response. Creative marketers or designers communicate through various mediums that best carry this message through the use of imagery, type, symbols, etc. For example, a client might need to create a new logo and brand identity package to build brand recognition and persona.
There is a methodology behind every messaging, design solution, and marketing campaign, starting with market research, sketching, message crafting, and conceptualizing, to the execution, reflection, and presentation stage that ensures the highest quality solution and service appropriate to a client.
