Supported sales and account management teams with effective print and digital media, including whitepapers, informational flyers, webinar invitations, and much more. Maintained WordPress public site and blog. Collaborated with sales, account managers, and creative agencies to develop member retention strategies such as onboarding, communications, engagement, and incentives administration.
